  I was going to spend over $100 in this store on my collectible Christmas ornaments, the display model was not working, therefore I wanted to see the one I was buying, both him and her did not want to get the display one working or even allow me to try the one I was buying, he said “take it or leave it” naturally I purchased nothing. As I was leaving she sarcastically said “Thank you for making me box up this stuff for nothing!” Both very rude which appears to be the norm, will never shop there again. Such a shame for Hallmark.
